 | I know this is a REALLY dumb question, but how did you get grass in your habitat? Like, actual grass that comes out of the ground.  | I always found it weird how ppl kept getting bankrupt at the start of their franchise. A couple of my friends had to redo plenty of times because of money and disease problems. While I'm just here who has never played planet coaster to get the feel for the game type, had no idea how workers and zones worked, first animal was an expensive extravagant red panda, my red panda escaped countless of times, I had to waste money rebuilding the red panda enclosure many times, spent lots on foliage, climbing platforms, and built my own red panda hut, dug at the terrain many many times and I didnt go bankrupt at all.  | Hey there :) sorry that i used this Video for my Comment, i dont know where it would fits better. I watched a few off your Videos already and they are amazing! I am working on a hugh theme Project. But i dont know how to fix a Problem. I have a underground Area like a cave for my Visitors where they can buy Stuff and all that. On the top off the cave i would like to build a habitat with Water Animals so my Visitors could get a few from the cave up to the Water Area off the Habitat. I know how to do it with underwatertunnel, with a normal path going under the water. But in my Case it is not a tunnel, everything i tried so far is not working.  | I'll have to give some of these a shot. I was going to give this game a not recommended on steam as after getting part way through the third tute I should have enough to play the basic game. But the stuff you mentioned the game doesn't tell you for the most part. It's really poor. I just want to play, I already spent plenty of time doing tutorials...  | Actually what I'd suggest is get the nile monitor as your first animal purchase. Get good stats too. They don't need much and most importantly they breed fast and grow to adult in 5 years (in-game time of course). so by then you'd have the options to sell or release for conservation credits. I'd recommend releasing because it gives you instant CC which is a precious resource lol. Nobody in their right mind would buy nile monitors using CCs unless the stats are amazing. Here's where having good stats come in... Better stats = higher CC given when released. But DON'T sell/release them yet, breed them instead and sell/release the black sheeps first and the parents if their stats are not as good XD. Also, make sure to only have adult 1 male and 2 adult females to avoid fighting and injuries. Keep a look out for the social meter to prevent overcrowding and fighting. you can also opt to buy new ones if u find better stats and to prevent inbreeding i suppose lol Комментарий от : @quirklesshero7859 |

 | Servers felt much better this morning. As for getting leaf money fast, go into wolves. They get a decent amount of leaves if you release them with high fertility, breed very easily and fast (typical litters of 5+ pups, and they grow up in around 2 years), have almost no enrichment needs, and because the adults will fight for alpha status you naturally have to release the pups once they grow up and you won't get a social penalty for the wolves doing this (that's actually how wolf packs work - once some wolves get too old they get driven out to make room for the new pups coming up, and have to start their own pack somewhere new). I went through three franchises, always struggling to earn leaf bucks, getting frustrated, and starting over, until I discovered how broken wolves can be. DO NOT fall for the peacock trap - they are cheap and feel like the "ideal" starter animal, but they almost never get more than 3-5 leaf bucks when released into the wild, and they take forever to grow your investment. A well-bred wolf can get you 200+ leaf bucks when released to the wild, and you can easily be releasing 10-15 wolves a year with just a bit of investment in growing some packs. The hard shelter thing is a huge frustration - I just started using the pre-designed ones because the game is very finicky at recognizing what counts as a shelter. You can always place them down then build a cooler shelter over the top of them with rocks. Finally, not at all sure how to deal with stress for the animals, apart from cycling them between backstage pens and actual exhibits. I'm hoping one-way glass is the answer but haven't had a franchise avoid bankruptcy long enough to actually unlock it (my current one seems to be stabilizing so maybe I'll get a chance to play around with them soon).  | I put down the 4 block exhibits as my first attraction and it rolled in the money very well, plant lots of educational stuff around and a food court with an information desk, merch shop or a hat shop and you have a good start. Also regarding complaints on staff facilities place them underground so guests can’t see them at all, you won’t get a single complaint about staff facilities in view (plus frees up more space for your animals and attractions) I put all my keeper and staff huts under their designated zones and it’s running smooth, making a nice profit too :) Комментарий от : @neytiri526 |

 | I started with a 5 peacock habitat and slowly bought the building necessary for maintenance and research and fully resesrched the peacocks, they spit out babies like crazy so u can just keep selling and make good profit, I have 2 of each staff with only that one habitat, 2 tip boxes, educational speakers and signs maxed out, habitat at about 97% happiness overall.  | tbh, I did all the things you said you shouldn't do and I never ever were even close to money problems. Some tips for early easy Money: -get the shops going -get frogs and spiders! they breed relatively fast and soon you can "harvest" every 5 min around 300-800$ from each! -start off small, only go for a simple first enclosure, nothing too fancy, get the money to do fancy stuff and then do it. -keep your animals happy! The happier they are the more money you get. -space and a safe spce to retreat arent as important. you either get the right space or enough safe space for every animal. there is no donation loss by not completing both. -when you plan,alays plan for your guests. there is nothing more furstating than havin to rework a big enclosure just to fit another shop between two, because they demand food and drinks at this place. -research is the key for a successfull zoo! wait too long and you get into trouble! especially at hte beginning now for beta tips: -watch out at which happiness level you sell your animals, when they are not happy and chilling in the trading centre you get probelms with protests. -each time you close the game it resets the prices at the etrance, so get them up to get more money. - animals like wild dogs or wolves need an alpha male and female, make sure to not sell them whn you want babies rather quickly because it can tage ages for them to find a new alpha. usually the older the alpha gets the higher is the chance that it gets switched to aheakther and better male/ female -people are dumb, plan your zoo as if you have to try and lead some kindergarteners through it.  | Okay, so: 1. Don't buy everything at first. Don't need workshop or mechanic. 2. Get the animals first before building to make sure you get what you want. 3. Kinda confused about this one. But there's something about sharing exhibits to cut down costs. 4. Start researching immediately to get enrichment and animals. 5. Before opening park, raise ticket prices. 6. Can also lower staff wages. 7. Create rosters for the keepers. 8. Add an education box for guests to spend more money on. 9. Bridges can provide too much view and will stress the animals out (no privacy). Be careful with how you provide guests with views. 10. Warthogs need lots of hard shelter? 11.  | After watching this the other day I did what you said about ticket prices, I also put my food, drink, balloon and information kiosk items down to a really cheap price and I went from near bankrupt to having 50 billion in the bank. And then in my stupidity I deleted that park because I got overrun with Nile Monitor Lizards and didn't know how to get rid of them and I thought just storing them would kill them. Since then I've found out that isn't the case but I can't replicate what I did to get that money in the bank again.  | I had placed a single small exhibit; the lehmann's frogs. I picked up two gold star ones from the trading. And as it was my first exhibit, had my vet research a bit. The moment i got leaf litter in the exhibit; boom! frogs like mad. They don't make too much and complain every few months of being congested; but they are a small bonus money maker. Its incredibly hard going through long lists of the same animals to find a female or male you want and clicking on some of the search options makes it even worse (the first option and the gender option are useless). The only way i usually find a good variety is doing it by price, and even then theres only the starting animals. | Played yesterday, started small (path with info kiosk, then another path with chief beef and drinks that went directly to the peacocks lile if it was a cul de sac. All the facilities in a straight path behind the peacocks habitat. Put 2 donation boxes. Brought 2 peacocks and then waited. People seem pretty happy and were leaving a lot of money, even with the tickets at 3 dollars lol Then started a second exhibit with the pigs and all went well until they had 10 babies and all went to shit. I dedided to put the adults in contracepties abd start taking out the pigs thay converted into adults but im prettt sure the numbers keep increasing. Do contraceptives even work?  | Ive been playing a lot also, i found out that one of the best ways to get animals for me, is to filter the time to the most recent posted, cuz if the animal has been up in the trading place for like 20 hours or what ever it might not be there anymore and i think the bug is the game is still showing animals that are not there anymore, so just filter to most recently posted by clicking the little clock, and try seeing if what your looking for is there. :) Комментарий от : @cile7890 |

 | Ich will nicht jammern, aber ich habe eher das Gefühl, dass der Managing-Part (der Wirtschaftsteil) genauso mau ist wie in Planet Coaster... Mein Zoo macht Geld ohne Ende mit basically einem Warzenschwein-Gehege und einem Wolf-Gehege. Klar, könnte mehr Geld schneller rein gehen, aber schlussendlich mache ich ein "ordentliches Plus" ohne Aufwand (und das vor allem mit einer Besucherzahl von lediglich ca. 100. Etwa 200, wenn Babies vorhanden sind). Selbst in JWE hatten die Gäste ein Verlangen nach Artenvielfalt - der scheint aber in Planet Zoo nicht vorhanden zu sein. Zumindest kommt es mir so vor.  | With the beta there is no way for me to quit without saving or save without overwriting the previous file. Does anyone know if it will be that way later?  | I started my now well running park with 4 small exibits, it's a very good strategy because you don't need a mechanic and the are easy to care for. (built them right at the entrance) You can also sell the fast breeding small animals for extra cash. And you don't rely on the laggy market to make money. Don't built vendors! I think the shelter height is bugged right now, because all my tortoises need them to be higher than the fence(@2m), so try moving them up.  | Pretty much exactly what I did. Placed down all my facilities and a chief beef. Then made a grizzly bear exhibit. The bear for some reason kept starving even though there was food next to him he could reach. Then I made a Tapir exhibit to act as a "smaller exhibit" and then my funds got drained. Franchise mode is quite difficult so those who like management games will enjoy it a lot, but I feel they should have had some work around for beta to include sandbox mode (the one the majority of users wanted).  | I had a totally different experience. Exhibit animals were MUCH easier for me to manage. Plopped 2 exhibits > researched all sustainability > kept exhibits at 100% welfare > Sped up game to max > donations rolled in. Had over $70k money in the span of a half an hour playing, with over $150k in donations alone. Vets/keepers didn't have a problem feeding animals (walking in/walking out bug) like they do for larger exhibits. But I totally forgot to put up educational signs! Thanks for the tip in the video.  | Cant relate at all, I build exclusively what you need to have an exhibit, build a boring ass square exhibit without even any trees. All it had was a shelter food and water and two sable antilope and one springbok. I had 19k left and then it attracted 150-200 guests that started donating as if their lives depended on it. Had a stable profit after that. Looks like frontier made the exact same mistake with management as in planco. Also where are the difficulty settings we had in challenge mode?
