 | my analysis is that they are a married couple, and the man's lover. the lover tries to live her assumed love with the man, but he keeps her under the cinder block, that is to say in her position as a lover. from what I also understand the woman is aware of it and is scared of it, she tries to live normally despite everything, she is then neutralized. the lover seeks to make the man pay the price who has certainly made her believe in things, in the possibilities of life with her. she freaks out. the man is not so innocent in this video, even upright. of course all this visible violence is only symbols.  | I've been in love with this song for years but am seeing the MV (original and forward) for the first time ever. I think the message is very powerful and a glad that this kind of issue attracted so much popularity. From reading through the most popular comments it seems like a lot of people resonated with the main character male and connected it with how men in today's society can be portrayed as the bad guy in a lot of situations following #metoo. Although these points are valid, and I am not telling men to stay quiet on their stories of wrongful victimization/and how they can be victims as well, it is crucial to not overlook the fact that most women do not lie or even come out to speak about abuse/rape. We don't know why the intruding woman became the way she is--and I'm not implying that her actions are excusable BUT we should always know there are 2 sides of the story and women and men who speak out on abuse are not supported properly in today's society and justice system. Just how we are supporting the man after finding out more to the story, let's genuinely support those who speak out WHILE not being quick to dox the perpetrator.  | It still amazes me that people still think the guy is the bad one in the situation If you still believe he is the bad guy here is why he is not He found his wife tied up by some random girl, an ex, or some person he somehow pissed off He is literally defending himself from her In the end he kills her out of sheer panic, fear, and irrational thinking A lot of people are saying things like "why doesn't he call the police". This is the type of stuff to end with a cinder block in your back. How is he gonna safely restrain a person who is obviously not giving up easily and wait for the police to arrive. The sides could easily switch and become her overpowering him. If you have family in danger are you really gonna take any risks?  | My experience with all the true crime case videos i have watched tells me the man would be found guilty of murder and not self defense because of the fact he put the cinder block on top of the unconscious woman to intentionally end her life by drowning her; the moment he did that it stoped being self defense.
