When I ran to a code I wasnt sure if there was OC or my asthma was acting up. I would share my inhaler with a fellow officer when it turned out to be the oc.  | Guards have to be zero tolerance for talking back. They treat military men worse than murderers in prison, you’re in prison you don’t have the same rights as free citizens. If the goal is to change these guys attitudes you have to discipline bad behaviour and Reward good behaviour.
