 | Trying this after the hype for it on tik tok, as a daily Tarte Tape shape concealer i have my own opinions. It dries faster than tart and once it dries it STICKS. And can form harsh lines that don’t blend out. I used to spot conceal and under eye with tarte and let it sit while I quickly did my brows, mascara and eyeliner. Then blend it. Canttt do that with the elf it gives it too long to dry. I say blend it within 30 second -1minute after application maximum. And also I have severely oily skin and just like every other concealer it still separates and coverage fades as the day goes on but that’s all of them. 🤷🏼♀️ but for 5$ I can deal with it Комментарий от : @starrytc5384 |
