 | Mine's problem is that I can open and watch on my Netflix but when I try to open an app like youtube and the Playstore the "can't connect right now" always appears.  | I did all steps and resorted to a factory reset but still no luck. I then decided to plug the TV cord directly to an outlet and removed it from my Aukey surge protector. I was shocked that the TV was able to connect to my WiFi network. I'm guessing that the TV is not getting enough power from the power strip but is weird since only a PS4 (turned off) and a smartwatch usb charger is plugged into my power strip which supports 12 outlets and 6 usb devices.  | Hi I keep getting an error message 'wi fi not connected' on my Sony Bravia TV KD49XE8004 model even though the connection seems fine all the time. I have tried unplugging the router and TV but it still persists every 5 mins or so. It has been suggested i should do a factory reset but i am trying to find an easier way. Can anyone help.
